- it is really important because, without it, your results won't come
2. RIGHT TIME
-always train at the same time, make it a plan and follow it, and your results will come faster than u expect
3. YOU NEED A REST
- you are not a machine to train 24/7, you need at least a day for recovery because that is the way to fill up your battery
4. EAT HEALTHY
- you can not lose weight if you are on a diet only or if you are training only and eating what you can find in your home. Find the balance between the two for the best results
5 DRINK WATER
- you need a lot of water just to stay hydrated because your body is 80 % water.
6 TAKE YOUR VITAMINS
-do not skip them, they are really important for our body
7ALWAYS READ, YOU DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING
- you can not know everything, so educate yourself, read more, about the training, about eating's, how to control your time, when to train

Glutes on fire
Make your booty round and sexy at the same time with these simple exercises, and the gif and pictures coming with them:
1. Hip thrust
- start with your weight and then slowly add some weights. Be sure to be in the right position, and be sure to have the focus on your glutes, not your legs, nor your back
2. RDL
Be sure to lift correctly, with your chin down and with your weight touching your knees and legs while pulling up.
3. Glute bridge
make sure your chin is above your chest, and be sure while doing it your legs are strongly on the ground, without moving.

Yeah, I hate it too, but the fastest results are coming from it. Make sure to be stable, and to be a little forward so you can focus your glutes. Be sure that your legs are extended and there is no need to do it fastly, but I promise you that your legs will shake from it
5. Squats
There are varieties of squats, and you can do all of them. If you want to do it for your inner thighs, make sumo, if it's for booty you can do them with or without weights.
6. Good mornings
This exercise is amazing for your under booty and it helps for your legs too. You have to make sure that while using the weight your back is straight and while you are doing it you feel pressure in the back side of your legs
